Fernando Casasempere: Second Skin
05 October 2016 – 8 January 2017
Chilean sculptor Fernando Casasempere will create a new site-specific installation for Frieze Sculpture Park comprising over 1,500 hand-sculpted porcelain elements. The carpet of porcelain will form a 'second skin' hovering over the ground of Regent's Park, mirroring its contours but also allowing the grass below to grow through the work, creating a direct relationship between sculpture and ground.
